The Coucou Awareness Test

BFPE announces that two stories published recently by Barbados Free Press are completely FALSE. Both these stories were HOAXES masterminded by BFPE operatives and passed on for the BFP idiot to rush out and publish on the internet.
The first story dated 21 October 2007 is about a meeting supposedly held at a Pinfold St. location at 11:30 am yesterday (Sunday) morning.
The second story dated 22 October 2007 is about the decision to hold a referendum in Barbados on 28th November 2007.
As usual, the FOOL at BFP was quick to swallow the bait and rush out to publish the information as gospel without making any sort of investigative effort whatsoever.
Our operatives used www.anonymouse.org to deliver both stories by anonymous email to barbadosfreepress@yahoo.com, and we encourage other BFP-haters to do the same. You may also use www.hushmail.com.
Our subversion campaign to discredit BFP continues.

On Wednesday 10 October 2007 we broke the news of how to use the website www.quantcast.com to get the readership numbers of any WordPress blog, which immediately exposed BFP’s READERSHIP SCAM where he had been claiming a readership far in excess of the factual numbers.
Now we place a further squeeze on that COWARD, LIAR and FRAUD by exposing another LIE told by BFP when confronted with the Quantcast statistics. This is what BFP claimed:
“Now, the actual numbers we’re seeing from Quantcast are way lower than our internal numbers”
That is simply another LIE.
We challenge BFP to do as we have done and turn on the WordPress feature which allows anyone with a blog to display their BLOG STATS for the public to see. If you look along the right side of the screen on most blogs, there are sections for Search, Recent Comments, Recent Posts, Top Posts, etc. These are options which WordPress allows the blog owner to turn on or off as desired. WordPress calls them widgets. But what most BFP readers are probably unaware of is this… there are several other widgets to choose from, including one for BLOG STATS which shows the numbers of hits the blog has had. Like all other widgets, this feature can be turned on or off by the blog owner. When a WordPress blog is first set up, all these widgets are turned off, which means that at some point, BFP would have turned on the options to display Search, Recent Comments, Recent Posts, Top Posts, etc., but he conveniently kept the option for BLOG STATS turned OFF.
Blog owners can access this feature by logging in to WordPress and going to the Dashboard. From there select Presentation, then Widgets. It is a simple matter of dragging the desired widget from the list of Available Widgets at the bottom to the Sidebar Arrangement list at the top, then saving the changes, so BFP can’t claim that he doesn’t know how to do it. The two screenshots below show how easy it is to do.
We at BFPE don’t expect to see BFP take up our challenge to show his BLOG STATS anytime soon, because he is a COWARD and a LIAR whose main agenda is to DECEIVE Barbadians and the world at large by posting HIGHLY INFLATED FAKE NUMBERS about his readership. Even though Quantcast numbers show that BFP has higher readership than the online version of the Nation Newspaper, you can rest assured that BFP will continue to keep trying to DECEIVE the world and HIDE the truth.
But not to worry… BFPE will always be ready, willing and able to EXPOSE that FRAUD.

QUESTION: Which Barbados blog LIES about its readership numbers in order to DECEIVE its own readers?
On 16 September 2007, BFP claimed that “Barbados Free Press had over 200,000 daily visitors in August” and also said “That’s unique daily visitors, not page views, folks!” BFP further went on to state that it had 44,104 visitors during the three day period of August 27, 28 and 29, 2007.
This is all LIES. Barbados Free Press Exposed now releases the REAL readership statistics for Barbados Free Press for the month of August 2007. As our indisputable evidence below shows, for the ENTIRE MONTH of August 2007, BFP had a total of 38,150 unique visitors. Unfortunately, an unknown percentage of them are BFP-haters but a lot of what they have to say is routinely DELETED by BFP which suppresses free speech.
As an added bonus, we will also show how you can check the readership figures for ANY WORDPRESS BLOG at any time you want, in just two easy steps.
1. Go to the website www.quantcast.com
2. Enter barbadosfreepress.wordpress.com in the search box and click on GO.
We were able to verify the accuracy of this website by comparing its report on our own blog with the internal statistics provided by WordPress.
Below are some screenshots of the BFP LIE and the Quantcast statistics which expose it, plus the August 2007 readership statistics for a few selected Bajan blogs and websites. Please note that blog readership is also linked to how long a blog has been in operation. Older blogs would naturally have a greater readership than newer blogs.

Words of the BFP FRAUDSTER…
“Over 2 Million People Will Visit Barbados Free Press This Year
That’s unique daily visitors, not page views, folks!
Frankly, we are still in awe at the increase in visitors to BFP during the last two months. When we remove all the government attacks from the statistics, Barbados Free Press had over 200,000 daily visitors in August. To put this in context, the government BLP Blog has logged just over 44,000 visitors in the last seventeen months - since May of 2006. (Contrast Barbados Free Press visitors for August 27, 28 & 29, 2007 - 44,104 visitors during a three day period!)”

The REAL readership figures…
BFPE Bajan Blog Readership Report, August 2007. Please note that blog readership is also linked to how long a blog has been in operation. Older blogs would naturally have a greater readership than newer blogs. Figures are for web traffic only. Report does not include printed newspaper circulation or radio and television patronage.

We at Barbados Free Press Exposed have stepped up our campaign against Barbados Free Press and Barbados Underground with an ongoing STING OPERATION which aims to publicly expose the identity of the persons running the Barbados Free Press and Barbados Underground blogs.
Once publicly identified, the operators of BFP and BU, and possibly some of the commentators on those blogs, can then have DEFAMATION SUITS brought against them in the law courts of Barbados.
The price of a big mouth can cost as much as $60,000 nowadays, as the following news report shows. Starcom Network should be able to survive such a payment…. but we doubt that BFP or BU can do the same. In fact, we doubt that their quality of life will remain the same after they have been publicly exposed.
We therefore advise visitors to those blogs, for their own protection, to exercise due care with any comments they may leave there.

Minister Lynch awarded $60 000
MINISTER OF TOURISM Noel Lynch is today $60 000 richer following his libel settlement with Starcom Network Inc.
The suit stemmed from the content of an email read by the moderator of Voice of Barbados’ Brass Tacks on a Sunday programme last March. The email raised questions about Lynch’s alleged current life status.
Lynch objected to the question and walked out of the live broadcast.
On Friday, Starcom’s chief executive officer Vic Fernandes confirmed the settlement.
Fernandes revealed the minister was paid $60 000 while his attorney’s costs were $10 000.
The CEO said the station settled the matter as it was advised it had no strong defence. (RG)

Cheap Bitch at Barbados Free Press… Can’t raise US $20!!!!
Or is it just a CHEAP PLOY to take the HEAT OFF the reports of BFP scamming gullible people over the internet for MONEY??
http://barbadosfreepress.wordpress.com/2007/10/01/barbados-free-press-needs-us20/
Hello Folks
Barbados Free Press is almost to the limit of free disk space at WordPress.com, and we need to upgrade to the next level - which costs all of US$20 for the next year. Such a deal!
We would gladly type in our credit card number except… that would provide a little trail for somebody to determine who we are.
The solution is at hand, thanks to WordPress.com…
It seems that any person who has a WordPress account - whether they have a blog or not - is able to purchase $20 of WordPress credits and transfer the credits to Barbados Free Press. This would happen without BFP knowing who the benefactor is.
Nice touch, WordPress.Com! What an excellent way of keeping all those freedom blogs going without exposing the authors to discovery.
Here Is How We Will Do It!
If you can spare US$20 to keep Barbados Free Press running for another year, please email us at barbadosfreepress@yahoo.com.
Remember - we only need ONE $20 donation for the whole year. We don’t want any more than that ONE $20 donation.
It would be better if our supporter came from outside Barbados. There have to be many Bajans living in the USA (and we know that America is the land of milk and honey, right?
)
We will choose one of the offers a random and email the donor a “ok, thanks! go ahead” message.
Again, we only need ONE US$20 payment for the whole year - so don’t put any money into the WordPress account unless we have asked you to be our ONE US$20 donation.
$20 total for one more year of BFP would seem to be a bargain!
Thanks, folks!
Marcus
